Our Services

Three integrated practices — Business Advisory, IT & Digital Solutions and Project Support — designed to be used alone or in combination.

Three practices · One team · Staged pricing

Most operational problems in a small or medium business do not respect the boundary between "business issue" and "technology issue". A slow quoting process is a process problem that becomes a software problem; a reporting problem is a data problem that becomes a commercial problem. So our services are organised as three connected practices rather than three separate products. Engage any one of them; the value compounds when they work together.

Practice 1 — Business Advisory

Business Advisory is where most engagements begin. We review how work actually flows through your organisation: how an order travels from enquiry to invoice, how information moves between people, and where time, money and goodwill leak out of the process. From that review we design practical improvements — simplified steps, clearer responsibilities, better templates — and support the commercial decisions that follow, including market entry and pricing strategy when you are growing into new territory.

Choose this practice when growth has outpaced your original structure, when too many decisions depend on one person's memory, or when you are about to enter a new market and want a costed, staged plan rather than an expensive guess.

Practice 2 — IT & Digital Solutions

This practice turns good process design into working reality. We consult on the systems you use today, automate the repetitive work that drains your team's week, and advise on cloud migration when — and only when — the case for it is genuine. Our bias is toward simplification: connecting and configuring the tools you already pay for usually delivers more value, faster, than introducing something new that your team must learn from scratch.

Choose this practice when your team is re-typing the same data into different systems, when software you bought is quietly unused, or when the phrase "our server" fills you with low-grade dread.

Practice 3 — Project Support

Improvements only matter if they land — and if the business can keep them running afterwards. Project Support is our delivery and governance practice: we coordinate initiatives end to end, build the reporting that shows whether they are working, and put the documentation and rhythms in place so the improvement survives staff changes and busy seasons. It is the difference between a recommendation and a result.

Choose this practice when an internal project is slipping, when a funder or board expects disciplined reporting, or when you simply lack the spare capacity to run an improvement project properly on top of the day job.

Three practices that share one understanding of your business.

How the practices combine

The most common engagement shape we see is a sequence: a Business Advisory review identifies where the friction is; IT & Digital Solutions redesigns and automates the worst of it; Project Support coordinates the change and establishes the reporting that keeps everyone honest. Because all three practices share one team and one understanding of your business, nothing is lost in translation between the advice and the implementation.

That said, every practice stands on its own. Clients engage us for a standalone automation build, a single governance report, or one well-scoped strategy question — and get the same standard of work regardless of the engagement size.

A typical combined engagement: review, redesign, implement, report — sequenced so each stage funds confidence in the next. One team, three practices, a single point of accountability.

Choosing the right starting point

If you are unsure, request a quote and describe the situation in your own words. We will tell you which practice fits, what the likely stages are, and whether we are even needed — before you spend anything.

Frequently asked questions

Can we engage more than one practice at a time?

Yes, and it is common. The practices share one team and one understanding of your business, so combined engagements run without handover gaps.

Do we need to choose a practice before contacting you?

No. Describe the situation in your own words and we will map it to the right starting point — including telling you honestly if you do not need us yet.

Can you work with our existing accountant or IT provider?

Regularly. Who does what is defined in writing at the start, so responsibilities stay clear and nothing is duplicated.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

No. Some engagements are a one-week review; others run for months. The scope decides — not a minimum fee.

Not sure which practice fits?

Describe the problem in plain words and we will map it to the right starting point.
